How to convert. Php. Xml blog templates?

I found a blog template that I liked in http://www.eblogtemplates.com/lightbreaker-wordpress-theme/ and had a button on the right that says "download" So I downloaded. and now I have a folder with a bunch of files called. php in it. When they went to loading on my blogger site (Blogspot.com), said the staff should be in a file. Xml So how could get the downloaded template my blog? With technology pros! So if I have the php, how I can upload to blogger?

Php files to create the "template" (actually entire web page) on the fly. XML files are data files that a site is read. It's like converting apples into socks - PHP files can read xml files, but can not convert the program code in a data file.
