Best blog client for WordPress on a Windows machine?

I want to get a customer Blog of good writing to work on my Windows laptop and one for my linux laptop. I am using Windows Live Writer on my Windows machine and it's nice. I was wondering if there is a better one for windows and if it still exists for linux. I'm new to blogging, but fun. leanisgood.wordpress.com. Thanks

I think Windows Live Writer is the best right now. I bought a course super independent (considered as the best tutorial freelance) and we recommend that you use Windows Live Writer.
