What tool to use to design a website coure?

I want to create a course web site. First I would start with something like a book online. On the left side, links to different chapters and sections are displayed. As a user clicks on the link to a section, the content section on the screen. I should be able to put anything in the content - text, graphics, audio, video, animation, interactive tutorial. It should be possible to go to different pages by clicking the arrow buttons next and previous. What is the best way to design this? My hosting provider offers WordPress, Joomla, Drupal y. Should I go to any of these? Or do you suggest something else? Thanks
