It can not achieve the look of the website you are looking to create ... however, probably your best option for the total beginner.

The last alternative would be to get someone or a company to build for you. Absolutely no work needed ... just report what they want and what to build for you. Sadly you can reconfigure a lot of money and also have complete control of your website. The designer of the site (webmaster) usually include web hosting, but a lot of time going to waste time, because you probably will not be happy with the version webmaster first. There will be plenty of comings and forth between the user and the webmaster. As soon as the website is completed to your satisfaction the webmaster ... will most likely ask for a service charge, but allow a limited number of changes in website ... for example, adding another website ... adding extra pictures, etc.
