I want to create a blog / website ... but need help.?

I want to create a simple blog website for free with good features, for example. easy to use, drag and drop 'n' and many other topics. So specifically, I need a website builder / blog that offers many good ready-made templates / Issues that can make life easier. I do not mind having a subdomain for my website ... For more detail, I would like a website like this: www.cnn.com, www.bbc.com / news and www.abcnews.go.com/ NOTE: I do not want to hassle with this, so NO WordPress, etc. Web hosting service and one more thing, I have tried of "Blogger" and could not meet my needs. In general, thanks. All help is appreciated.
