Blog vs. static website there is a difference between a blog and a website? Yes and no.
There are two types of sites. Blogs and static websites. Blogs are organized by date and sorted by the last posts / display content. A static site, content is organized by content and not by date or by category.
To develop a static HTML web site from scratch. You have to use a software such as Dreamweaver or FrontPage. Others use Notepad. Notepad is all you need if you have knowledge of how to write HTML.
