Using WordPress on a website?

I need help. I called the support of the web host that I purchased and was not very helpful. I used the Fantastico area to install a blog for my website. I created the name of it and there is a link to the administration and. area. How I can access the administration. area when the link does not show anything, but an error page? How I can work on the blog? ¿I can see the visual progress or is it all in the coding of text?

I am a green hand on using WordPress. However, I followed the instructions in the video course online 24 hours negotiating the system. The videos teach me step by step and easy to follow. I could do very well. That is beyond my expectations. Maybe you can help too.
