I need help to embed music in my website.?

Ok I have an mp3 file on my desktop and I'm using the HTML editor in WordPress. I use the HTML script to automatically play a song without having to press "play." When you verify that the script works in visual, which shows a Macromedia Flashplayer icon and the original script after it (ie, WordPress did not accept the script). I really do not want to make my music play touch of the game, so I really need someone good at html to help me. So: Do I have to load music on the server to embed in html? If the server has a limit to the amount of data that can be put into a file, is there any way to avoid burdening the music directly to the site? Thanks in advance!
