WordPress Visual Editor Missing

WordPress blog editor box?

Rich editing options (bold, italic, font color, alignment, etc) in my "Add New put "module (visual tab) in my WordPress Blog Page is missing.How How I can get it back? I put the visual editor, but the buttons for the options not appear. Also, you can not drag the bottom right corner to make the picture bigger publisher. This only happens in Firefox. when I open my blog in Internet Explorer, works very well. What is the problem here and how I can get the buttons back? I tried both suggestions that do not work! and all my buttons are missing. Also, when I type in the visual editor, nothing comes out.
