The best way to embed a video into a blog?

Hello, I'm using WordPress for a blog and want to embed a video. What I did was take my camera video makes H.264 format Adobe Media Converter. Then uploaded to Photobucket, it became a FLV and gave me the HTML to embed in your blog. Is this the best way to do that? WordPress only allows files up to 4 Mb, so it is too small for what I'm doing. If that's good. Where the best places to host videos?
