I can do a website template in Dreamweaver and do the rest in another program?

Well, I made my website template in photoshop and dreamweaver, but I wondered if I could use my template into another program like WordPress or Joomla! to edit text, images, videos, etc.. Is that possible? if so, What program should I use? Thanks!

Yes I would use the word press its easier to configure http://wordpress.org/ there is a tutorial and a download section. If you already have Dreamweaver can contribute. It is a product that usually comes with Adobe Dreamweaver and pretty easy.
