WordPress User Registration

Content Management Systems?

Can anyone recommend a CMS that could be used to allow visitors to a site anonymously, without registering, publishing an article on the Home Page. The articles published under a particular topic would be an administrator, not just "Comments." This should be done without "Forums" and users should be able to start your own topic. I researched WordPress, but this is no longer useful. Congratulations to those who respond! Additional information: As a rough example, the administrator can set a song called Food, which has its own page, and any visitor who sees this page, you can create an article on the recipes / food / taste .. anything they would like. Thanks for the suggestions so far. What would be a quest for finding "modules" that could do this?
