What is the best program to build a website?

I regstered with Hostgator and I offer some different options, such as WordPress, Joomla, etc. I have tried to fashion sitebuilder I liked because it was so easy, but unless you upgrade to a paying customer for them, they display a large "version test "sign in the middle of my website. Sooo, I'm looking at different options. the site builder that comes with hostgator is also easy to use, but I do not like the gallery, which is very important to me because the site is for my photography! I would also like to integrate a media player that I can upload my own songs. Note that I'm not very webiste construction-Savy! Thanks:)

There is no need for programming, but you might want to learn a little CSS, if you want to modify the design your site.
