Connecting a WordPress CMS built the website and html?

What I'm really trying to find is how can we use WordPress non-blog site. I've been told that websites www.birthcenter.net example, and www.dallasbbq.com is using WordPress on your server. I want to ask for any tutorial I could allow the creation of such non-blog websites with wordpress on your server. Thanks

Hello I can do this for a living so let me first rephrase your question for a little more technically accurate for others in search of this answer will get a better idea of what it is. The real question design is how to convert your HTML web site and built a WordPress website. The reason I say this is because you are installing WordPress on the host server and then going to take your graphic design and add it to your WordPress theme. The visual design of any web page graphics can be applied to any platform. It's supposed to look like a WordPress Blog, because that is what the intended use will be.
