WordPress themes are interchangeable with the themes of Tumblr?

I just made an account on Tumblr, never used as a site before and thus do a topic that is proving to be harder than I expected. I've worked with CSS before, but this is completely different from anything I've done ... design is my strong point, not coding. after a bit of google, the closest thing to a generator of themes for tumblr I could find was this: a generator http://www.yvoschaap.com/wpthemegen/ its theme for wordpress, but no signs that might work for tumblr too, but it is not clear. Can anyone tell me for sure if this works or not? or recommend a system that works for tumblr? ID like to know for sure before going through the hassle of making all the graphics then they do not work.
