How to comment on his blog for you
Commenting on other blogs can accomplish several things depending on how you approach it.
Your comment can start or contribute to the conversation around the theme of the blog.
Your comment may allow the blog owner know that you enjoyed or learned something from his post.
Your comment may provide a link to your web site depending on how the blog comments are set to some blogs allow you to write a link, and when someone clicks on the name used to comment that will go directly to your website.
Your comment may end up being eliminated.
The first three points above are those who want to fight for others to comment on blog posts. You want your comment is an asset to the blog conversation.
Think before you comment. Others can read your thought or opinion, and is a direct reflection of that.
Do not leave a comment if you have not read the article. You do not believe that the kind of comments I received clearly showed me that not only had the commentator did not bother to read my blog, but not to read through entry to see even what was discussed about before.
To comment without having to read and obviously ridiculous to make you all read it, if the permissions blog owner agrees, without their approval.
If the owner must approve what do you really think that the odds of that happening will be able to see that your comment is not just for the sake of obtaining a link or spamming your opportunities?
Never promote their opportunity in a blog entry on the comments section. It is very rude and most likely the end result will be eliminated.
When someone decides they want to do a double full page ad in the comments section of my blog send me first class to the virtual trash can.
This method is a waste of time.
Only once in the time to make a first impression. To contribute, participate and be an asset to the owner of the blog comment.
This applies to blogs and jumping. Remember that some read the blog comments.
Let the blog owner know what you liked about your post office or what they taught you.
Someone can actually click on your name or the site after seeing your comment if you are interested or intrigue and wanting to learn more about you that may bring traffic to you.
If they like what they see can become a subscriber, purchase from you or to share what it has to offer.
Comments should work for you and not against you.

Divine Trash - $12.99 A documentary profile of filmmaker John Waters, Divine Trash focuses on the bad-taste pioneer's early years, especially his 1972 breakthrough Pink Flamingos, which turned the director of Mondo Trasho and Multiple Maniacs into the king of midnight movies thanks to word of mouth about the film's gleeful taboo-bashing -- and a distribution deal with the fledgling New Line Cinema. Interviews with filmmakers who both influenced Waters (Paul Morrissey, Herschell Gordon Lewis, Mike Kuchar, George Kuchar) and were influenced by him (Steve Buscemi, Jim Jarmusch, David O. Russell, Hal Hartley) are interspersed with copious behind-the-scenes footage from the making of Pink Flamingos, including the infamous doggy-doo scene. Through it all, the witty Waters provides commentary, recollections, and one-line quips. Pete Garey, owner of the film lab where Waters learned the technical side of moviemaking, recalls his first meetings with the youthful auteur. Mink Stole and other Dreamland Studios superstars reminisce about growing up in suburban Baltimore with Waters, who as a youngster loved car crashes, puppets, and clowns. The director's strait-laced parents reminisce about the financial support they provided for Pink Flamingos, which they have never seen. Neither has Frances Milstead, who looks back on the career of her late son, drag terrorist and Waters muse Divine. Divine and late "egg lady" Edith Massey crop up in various archival interviews and film clips. The man who played the "talking asshole" in Pink Flamingos also appears, albeit anonymously and disguised. Various film theorists and critics debate the merits and meaning of the Waters oeuvre, while Baltimore critic Don Walls and former Maryland film censor Mary Avara express their incredulity about the director's success. Divine Trash won the Filmmakers Trophy for Best Documentary at the 1998 Sundance Film Festival. Director Steve Yeager, a longtime friend of Waters, would go on to direct In Bad Taste: The John Waters Story and help Milstead write a book about her son. ~ Brian J. Dillard, Rovi |
