WordPress Tinymce Advanced

when using the TinyMCE editor in WordPress and click on add image, is not able to find images?

is only one field to enter a path. I have to go to the media library and select the image path and the copy then paste in the Advanced TinyMCE editor. Im thinking this is not correct, I should be able to browse the images, but unfortunately this is not an option. Can someone who is familiar with TinyMCE shed some light on this and what I can do work properly? if possible? thanks
