Is there anyone who could help me get a WordPress site with a theme up and running?

I have a photography theme Gallerific call. I am a photographer, not a web designer. I am totally and completely lost. I installed the theme, but 1) I'm not sure how my information, text, photos, etc in it, 2) you need to get a store front set on it, 3) How to blog with WordPress? I have used for years, but Blogger seems to be years WP different light.
