Tumblr HTML generator - Using WordPress generator?

http://www.yvoschaap.com/wpthemegen/'ve seen around the internet that you can use this site to create a theme / design Tumblr, but is originally for WordPress. Does anyone know how to install it after creating it in Tumblr? It says to download and unzip the file, but then what? Any little bit helps.

I wanted to learn WordPress and when I was looking for videos I found a good post in a forum which has some video tutorials that show great all you need to learn how to blog with WordPress and the use of all plugins. They were very helpful.
