Multi browser compatible with CSS, XHTML / HTML Web Template?

Http://wordpress.org/ saw the website and I loved how it looks. So I have to create a portfolio site for me in all my projects, but do not I have much time to create a website from scratch. Does anyone know where I can buy a website template (Multi browser that supports CSS, XHTML / HTML) resemble the wordpress.org PS: I checked dreamtemplate, TemplateMonster ... etc, but I saw no resemblance. Any help? In addition, I am against the theft of code. Pls help! Well, thanks, I'm not looking for the wordpress theme. I need an HTML + CSS template with the same look
