Can the font size after being changed in WordPress?

A friend of mine recently joined the WordPress blog software on its website, and would like to make the font size larger in office. If you have access to WordPress: Go to "Control Panel" under "Right Now, "" At a Glance "there are four inputs: Post, Page, categories, tags. Clicking on the message and then make a post, which requests comments there is an opportunity to make the text bold, italics, center it, etc., but there seems to be an option to change the font size. Does anyone know if possible point to larger or smaller? It may not be possible.
