WordPress Tag Page Template

How I can add dynamic links to a static page in WordPress?
I am designing a site with mostly static content using WordPress. I'll be making a WP "Page" of each of the pages on my site, and use a custom template for them. These templates need for custom links to other pages, but how I can add these links? Each page has links that appear "? Site.com / Page_id = 7 "- you just have to put the links manually? I want to have total control over how the links look like (mostly going to be different images, so I do not want to use a component menu or whatever). Can anyone tell me what it's called in my PHP to print the URL correctly made for my labels? Thanks
Dynamic usually involves using some kind of language scripting like JavaScript. Links: Links: http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/ creating hyperlinks in the Web page in WordPress (Video): Ron http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m0OUEBw4bU0
