I can do a random wordpress post?

I found a plugin for WordPress that makes an intervention adhesive your home page. Question is, is there a plugin that can do the sticky post at random? I want to say that post to show random post above. Message to randomly visit and not changing while you are on that page .. I hope it's clear:) for more detail: the idea that I would use this blog http://youtubefinds.fusionwebstudio.com I have some posts already. first message is a sticky. I want that post to show random post previous messages.
