I signed up for a hosting account, and now I do not know how to start a blog there.?

I signed up for a luved.net uo subdomain hosting account, and now I'm bombarded with stuff FTP and all. Where I can login? Is it better if you have a WordPress account and leave my Blogger blog (which is fairly new anyway). Any comprehensive tutorials for something? Account or any other software I need? Where do I start to have the blog up. If it helps, my account is thepauperdiaries.luved.net and my blogger account is thepauperdiaries.blogspot.com. I just need a push to them.

Sorry, I'll write this. FTP is a protocol that allows you to connect to your website to upload files. They supply both the IP address (or sometimes the domain name) with your user name and password. The program will connect to the directory principal and you can navigate to the one you need. WordPress is a CMS (Content Management System) and most come from CMS with its own FTP client built in. So you not have to actually use your FTP client. Like most CMS should only just be able to connect to the admin control panel and be able to WordPress set up through that. * Note: This site does not have WordPress installed, if that's the case you will need to first install WordPress before you can establish. However, if a site is offering free WordPress blogs then I suppose you already have. After going to "thepauperdiaries.luved.net" I realized that wordpress configured correctly. I only need the "Index" page is the main directory. If you have WordPress installed, I would taken to the main control panel of WordPress, so I think the hosting site may be in poor condition. So I recommend you find another free wordpress hosting service.
