When it comes to eye color, what shade of blue is the prettiest?

I'm thinking about getting colored contacts during the summer, and I wonder blue what color do you think is the fairest? I was thinking maybe a color aqua. What is your opinion? Any help is greatly appreciated!

It depends on your skin color, I mean if you want to stand out much, so if you go skiing with a dark blue light or if you have dark skin to go with a blue light. If you do not want to stand out (I want) then go with dark blue leather and light blue dark-skinned.
