Post a blog site via SMS?

In blogger, you can actually publish a blog via SMS. But the downside is that this function is only available to U.S. users. Is there a blogging platform that meets the following criteria: 1. We can publish a blog via SMS. (Like tagg.in) 2. There should be no restriction on the size of the post SMS (Unlike tagg.in about the size of 120 characters) 3. Should be open to all users, especially for users in India 4. It should be a feature Autopost (as posterous) so I can publish my blog SMS, back to my website blogs original as WordPress or Blogger or something Any help will always be grateful
