WordPress Slider Plugin Download

How I can add this feature cool my WordPress theme / site?

Hey guys, so I'm new to building websites web, but have successfully downloaded and installed a WordPress theme called Mystique. So far I like it, but I noticed other people having the same exact subject have a feature that I have - this type of slip, preview feature on the top of your page. Here are two sites that have my exact subject this feature (as you can see, the "slider" function changes every few seconds, showing a photo of the item and the text of the article - essentially a preview of what can be read if you click on it): So my question is www.Remotepatrolled.com www.Goodenoughmother.com - how do they do? It is part of the code that you added? This is a plugin or something? I would add something like the top of my website / topic - but how do I do that? Thanks!
