WordPress menubar?

Hi, How I can add extra menus in my sidebar? As you can see (http://www.lilypop.net/wordpress/) currently the only menu options I have are: About, Archives and catergories. How I can add the extras that appear on this website: http://joeymoggie.wordpress.com/ With the calendar and the extra bits? Cheers in advance! For some reason, I have that option in sidebar widgets ... perhaps because I installed wordpress on my website www.lilypop.net / wordpress instead of opening a blog on wordpress.

Hi Aisha, that's actually my blog that we used as an example. (Thanks for that) to get the "extra" things I have, log in to WordPress Click the "Presentation" tab You may want to change the look of your blog choosing a new topic here. To change the sidebar, look at the main set of tabs, you will see another set of (three) tabs Click on "Sidebar Widgets" Use the list at the bottom "Available widgets" and drag "a sidebar "I calendar, search, recent posts, recent comments, links, files, Blog Stats, Akismet and 3 text widgets on my blog. The theme you choose not to make a difference in the amount and location of widgets. Search sites like Technoroti, with links to many widgets simply enter the HTML code of your site. . .
