WordPress site URL and the Google results?

I recently converted my site website HTML / CSS only for a WordPress site. I can use SEO by WordPress SEO Yoast as my plugin, which (among other things) makes an XML sitemap. I checked the site maps created by the plugin, and they all show the directions URL operation.
