Blogging and SEO Question: Blogger?

Our company has a blog is through Blogger, hosted through our domain. Transfer WordPress or something else is not an option at this time. I just noticed that the blog pages are 3 levels in the directory, and I worry that other robots Googlebots search engines will not find these blogs. The goal was to have a lot of blog writing has a lot of words indexed by the search engine, and visibility of the longest tail. Any tips on how to make the blog appear in a lower level? One more thing, is not small in our Feedburner icon website that randomizes blog entries to click, however, goes to the feedburner site, shows a group of food and have to click to get to the blog. Sign up for Google Webmaster Tools and you can find best practices for getting indexed and monitoring results. Yahoo and MSN have similar programs. Regarding the management structure, no I worry about a ton of it now. Google owns Blogger, I do not think they put you in a bad place. Focus on writing quality content and stay on topic. Feedburner that can be set to "Managing advertising> Subscription." Google also owns FeedBurner. Good luck!
