Write a catchy title that includes a keyword.

Use the keyword in the content and especially in the first sentence.
Include a chart and put the keyword in the ALT text.
Write a description of the goal well.
Link to other pages / posts in place.
Includes links to sites outside of the authority your niche. Be careful not to link to any site that Google can be considered dubious since they can reflect on your site.
