What is the path to the url ...?

Hi folks, I want to add video to my WordPress blog. I have to put the url of the video is stored in the video folder in my web file server, but I'm sure it must be the URL that is the correct url file path I'm trying - http://www.mywebsite.com/video/nameofvideo. flv and even just trying http://www.mywebsite.com/video/ not work. I get an error message - Forbidden You do not have permission to access / video / on this server. Apache / 2 Server on port 80 www.mywebsite.com Am I doing something wrong or is it a matter of security they need to deal with my hosting company would be buying a Beer for the answer if we liked online! Thanks in advance for any advice No greater love Dan replies:>)

Is the video folder to a public folder? If you do not move the video to a location on the server that is (like the pictures are) and try again.
