WordPress Script Download

Question about wordpress.org blogs?

ok, I started blogging in WORDPRESS.ORG who say u have to download and install on your machine and run some setup scripts, and establish a database. Now, what programming language (s) must learn to I do that? I know less about the databases and scripts !?!?!?...... How do I start blogging with limited wordpress.org?

A child who knows how to use CSS, as mentioned above, stick to wordpress.com. No need to download anything and is more suited to individual computers - the other is on primarily for the use of networked computers to the server. Blogging is so easy, use poles, and building a decent website is also very easy to use pages and have about 60 songs, some of which may change, so you have plenty of options.
