WordPress Running Theme

How I can move my WordPress files locally to be able to edit my theme?
I have a WordPress blog up (on a server non-wordpress) with PHP and MySQL installed on the server and all blog entries by rise / wp-admin. My question is, how I can install WordPress locally and then move all the files locally so you can go ahead and edit the songs?
Use an FTP client and FTP to your server so you can browse the files. Go to wp-content/themes / folder and you will see your theme. Download the entire folder and edit / upload the files as needed. A good FTP client FileZilla is if you do not have one already.
