SEO: A web site is scraping my content page. What is indexed before mine, but published first.?

If you scrape the contents of my website, but indexed in the first place. I think they're indexing, as they are more often from multiple RSS feeds for scraping data from other sites and using a single cable as to present and table 100 of the websites. What WordPress plugin are most likely using to do this? What should I do about it? I contacted the webmaster and the answer ... Will I receive a slap from Google because I seem to be taking their content. Am I being crazy?

You will be getting the position in the search results in the first place because they have more links to the page / site that is better optimized for the same content. You not receive a slap from Google. However, Google will only show the content once in the search results so if your page is seen as more important than yours, and both have the same content after the page appears in search results and the page will not appear. The rest of the site unafffected. In terms of ranking all you can do is improve the optimization and build links to them. If you mean the indexing is being picked up by Google faster its content is likely due to having a XML sitemap is doing a better job than your website. The plug-in I suggest you resolve this.
