WordPress permalinks not working on IIS server with the window?

I have this link to my post, but http://downloadallfree.in/index.php/audio-cd-ripper-description/ I http://downloadallfree.in/audio-cd-ripper-description/ removing links index.php please help I have WordPress 3.0 on IIS 7, but I do not know about setting iis rewrite, is there a setting to please help
