Grand Hustle the register of members on the website ....?

http://www.grandhustle.com/content/grandhustle-membership So I signed up and paid by a silver member, I have the right to an autograph, a shirt and a ringtone. Since signing up last Monday, I received no indication of how receive these items. Do not ask about the size of my shirt, which the artist wanted an autograph from, or tone. All I did was go through a PayPal payment and I received an email with an email / password. All it does is that WordPress has a record that can not do anything. It's like a scam, but this is a big label, so I wonder wtf is going on.
