What wordpress plugin I can use for a newsletter system?

I want the users are automatically subscribed to the newsletter to register with wordpress, but to use a third party system newsletter. Basically I'm using wordpress just to create a bulletin board system News with a database and a more detailed record. If you have any suggestions, besides using WordPress or Joomla (which is a free alternative), then please let me know! Thanks!
