Creating a site owned property and units in wordpress?

I'm developing a WordPress real estate site on the theme AgentPress. I can add properties without any problem, but what I want is that some properties have rooms or apartments within them that I add now is because the properties are added to the messages. to add to add a unit (of ownership in a property) of the logic becomes add notes within a message. I do not think possible. Can anyone help me.
