SEO: My webmaster sucks, but says that two body tags will be horrible for page ranking, T / F?

Okay so this the deal is if you have seen any of my other questions are in regard to how much my life sucks webmaster and work. So he quoted me 2 hours to add an article already written and has pictures and some facilities (like 5 links) when you post seems to be something my dog threw up and then bold in wordpress. So I do it in wordpress and then copy the HTML code, the only problem is that there are now two labels ... is that bad in any way? Does Google rape me graduation of the page to have two body tags? Hi, I never tried two labels body, but this is what I would do if I were in your shoes. 1. List the website in Google Webmaster Tools 2. Google search page as Bot 3. Wait for feedback Google, to see if the page is listed with Bing HTML Tips Webmaster Tools also
