Site created in WordPress developer has a problem and says he is not in the program, but the hosting?

I need some advice please. I have a site site developed by a programmer. They did a good job, but there is a problem with it. The site was developed in WordPress and has a side board where members / Users can go and present a story that enters the site manager where you can publish. The problem is that "subject to revision 'and' publish 'button not seem to work on the side of the board. When you click on it nothing seems to happen. My developer says it's not his fault and that experience server failures. I called the company server and they told me it works fine. Any idea what may be the problem? Thanks

I had a similar problem with the buttons of my blogs a few months ago and I wrote an article about it once I realized what it was. Maybe I can help. Look at the last http://bestbloghost.net/wordpress-editor-toolbar-missing-widgets-wont-open/ paragraph using the Google Library. It is a plugin can be downloaded from the WordPress site. That solved the problem for me and I have not had a problem since. I hope that helps.
