WordPress Theme for editing help.?

I just purchased an item online. I opened the zip file and is full of HTML, CSS and PSD. This is probably quite extensive but can anyone explain how I put this issue you just bought-in WordPress? I've been looking through forums for wordpress, but I I might have a more basic explanation here. Thank you.

Control Panel / Appearance / item / add new / and find the zip file the theme and upload it! It must be a postcard! Then try to activate and customize .... usually all the issues arising as a "flat and bare" is the theme!
