Creating your own website and WordPress?

Therefore, I create my own personal website by buying a domain name and hosting web. However, after doing all that, I'll be lost, as admittably I have no idea what to do. When you enter websites that are about blogging, and moves to the bottom, I often see Powered by WordPress. What I wondered was, the WordPress site, do give everything to create your website, ie aesthetics?

Yes, because it gives you the templates change anything. You could call it a web WordPress program. The template (which can change at any time, with your own or pre-made) has laid out for you. All you have to do is go and write the message. You can always try on before http://wordpress.com/ install it on your own domain. It requires MySQL and PHP installed on the server. Look out for before buying.
