WordPress Portfolio Themes Free

help select the best portfolio wordpress theme?

I'm trying to put a site together and have a ready wordpress. but the themes are free and terrible Identification as fun / proffessional to organize my art. It would be great if I design the background for too ... and load easily at all. Im willing to pay as 40 to 50 bux for a topic. if you have any suggestions (not just a site with millions of them) let me know. I've looked hundreds and they all just blur into one now. I just want to see one or two topics awesome if you know of any. thanks!
