Why is my WordPress Header in poor condition?

Site: www.ex-brief.com well, so I created the header, footer and main blog Corel Draw graphics. Are all the files. png with transparency so you can see the merits of rounded corners and some logos, etc anyway. The head, despite not having the line in the lower part shows one. I had this same problem with the main graphics blog. I just opened it in paint and just hit "Save" Bingo no problem with that graph. So I'm assuming a formatting issue of insanity with Corel Draw. Anyway, I tried this method with the header and footer images and transparencies was ..... so it will not work ... just decided to paint a white background instead of transparency was sufficiently good. Any ideas? Also, I tried to make my header image link back to the main page, but that is not working well.

Part of problem is that you are using quotes in the attributes of the header div is. It also has a number of statements for each of the elements involved, one which seems to be a background color that shows through.
