WordPress Png Logo

WordPress CSS header?

I was editing the SANbox WordPress theme and when I try to attach an image with CSS of this header # {background url (img / logo.png) 50% 50% no-repeat} and the image is not where you are in the header. I checked to make sure the image is there. Any ideas?
