How do I install a plugin for WordPress?

I'm trying to build a website with WordPress and want to install some plugins that have been recommended for me. The problem is all the tutorials I've been able to find (especially using the tube) to refer to a section of control panel called wordpress plugins (sounds simple and logical), the problem is I've been searching for three days and can not find plugins word in my control panel. Have there been recent changes? Anyone can you tell me what to do? Can anyone refer to tutorials up to date?

First, login to admin http://yourhost.com/wp-admin/ You go to the dashboard page. In the left menu, click Plugins, you'll go to plugins page. In the left menu, click Add Plugins. On that page You can find all the plugins available at WordPress.org.
