I need help from a professional wordpress ...?

I just found this today, so do not know what to call it, anyway happens when I am inside administration, the appearance editor, when I click on "File Update" page redirects me to my 404, I replaced all the files I played with the original files I disabled all my plugins, funny thing is what happens even in the default templates the subject. And only the refresh button editor for the appearance, after the edits are working very well ... Any idea how to work with this? Thanks guys lots ...
