Including submissions from invited a site that publishes away?

I am creating a site that uses wordpress / hosgator. I wanted this site to allow users to send something (in quotes, for example), which in turn as immediately as a new post on the site after you press send. I found a couple plugins related guest posts, but they are all so great forms (requiring, title, message content, name, email). Am wanting a small rectangular box with a submit button that you can place the sidebar without title + content (basically 1-2 entries above) and user / name from the guests. Is there a way to do this (script / plugin / html)? I have understood that there is a way around this by creating of a post and allowing users to "comment". However, that does not include the function will allow me to put the facebook "how" and / or button tweet at its entrance. I want others to guests, such as / share individual entries.
