WordPress - Why and how to use

WordPress is one of the most widely used publishing platforms on the web today and there are many reasons for it. I'll try to explain some of them and enter into the process a little deeper. Finally I am able to design and implement quickly and effectively with all the features you need and do everything only with the knowledge HTML, CSS, wordpress conditional tags and use Google for everything else I do not know about.
